It helps to track, record, and even analyze your sleep. The sleep curve in the paired app provides an accurate insight into your sleep habits, helping to determine the quality of your sleep. Cosmo records the time you go to sleep and wake up and the specific time and percentage of deep sleep, shallow sleep, and REM periods.

Heart rate monitoring
The optical heart rate sensor uses light from LEDs to illuminate the wrist and monitors changes in heart rate through different rates of blood flow and associated light scattering.
Cosmo has a 24-hour heart rate monitoring mode. All data is stored in the Gloryfit app.
The app shows a graph of heart rate throughout the day. In addition, it shows the percentage of heart rate in the following intervals: rest, relaxation, fat burning, cardio, anaerobic heart rate, and extreme heart rate.

Bemi COSMO has an innovative sensor that measures blood pressure and saturation (SpO2).
High blood pressure puts you at risk of serious health problems, including heart attack, stroke, and kidney disease.
Saturation (SpO2) monitors your blood oxygen saturation level, helping you assess your effectiveness and exercise progress. A saturation level that is too low can also indicate health problems such as lung problems.
